Bison John Mailbag
Bison John Mailbag
My maternal grandfather, John Klassen was a farmer in Southern Manitoba. He would take his lunch to the field in a repurposed .50 Cal WWII ammo can (which was probably purposefully ironic as a pacifist Mennonite). I'd like to think if he needed to carry a laptop, he'd find a repurposed US Mailbag to use as a briefcase.
This classic messenger bag is modeled after the iconic US Mailbag used until the 1970's. It has an internal and exterior slip pocket for papers in addition to a laptop sleeve and a spot for pens and a cell phone to keep your small items from slipping into the bottom. As with all my leather products, this bag is hand made using the best parts of the hide.
